At Industrie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels remain attached to the products.

• 3.
  Ship to Industrie

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
